Pleasant and friendly, Sascha is easier to like than she may think. Once you’re past the point where she's shy around you, Sascha turns surprisingly warm and caring. Her kindness and soft nature make others feel comfortable and welcome.
Even with her clumsiness, Sascha is always ready and eager to assist others, actively trying her best to make their lives or tasks easier. She’s proactive and is a reliable figure to her siblings especially.
Unlike what most would think, she can be strong and skilled in physical tasks or activities, she’s agile and her stamina allows her to endure running long periods of time. She may not admit it but she’s a secret enjoyer of active hobbies—even if she stumbles around, fails or bumps her head a couple times.
Her quick thinking combined with her creativity makes her a wonderful source of unique solutions or ideas, even if, sometimes, she’s too innocent to understand certain situations.

Sascha isn’t known for being a bubbly or social butterfly type of dog, she is quiet and reserved, especially around those she doesn’t know well. Being the introverted type, she gets nervous and uncomfortable in social situations, especially when she’s alone (there’s no one she’s close with to ease her anxiety), often hesitating before speaking or acting, second-guessing her what she says, her voice may sound shaky and she might seem distant and cold at first, but once she’s comfortable, though, she opens up in a much warmer and genuine way.
Sometimes her distracted and agitated mind causes her to drop things, tripping, or making small accidents, as well as forget tasks or unable to keep her space tidy and organized, often due to her own mess dropping things around. Whenever things like this happen, Sascha feels extremely embarrassed and may either become quieter and more reclusive, or laugh it off awkwardly as if it didn’t affect her.
She tends to be a bit more sensitive than her siblings, responding emotionally to situations, tone shifts, reactions, or even changes in the air during an interaction. She’s easily affected by feelings, criticism, or the moods of others, and gets hurt easily, often internalizing things rather than reacting outwardly.
Because of how much she struggles socially and how strong her emotions are, Sascha can easily become clingy to those she trusts and feels comfortable and safe around. She can be dependent on others for attention, reassurance, or closeness, sometimes struggling to give them space when they need it.
To add to her worries, Sascha is a rather eccentric dog, she can be quirky in behavior or thinking and may have unusual interests. She stands out for being a bit different from the norm, often in an endearing way, but this only causes her more discomfort and embarrassment during social interactions.

Sascha is a sweet dog, but often feels overwhelmed and acts without thinking, but still caring about how others perceive her. She is pure-hearted and kind, but often too naive and easily influenced, always seeing the best in others, even if their reputation says otherwise. Her innocence makes her view of the world and others around her sometimes a little fantasizing, her impressionable nature makes Sascha influenced by other dogs' words, emotions and actions.
She can try to pick up other’s slang, habits, opinions or even personality traits, if she admires them enough. Sometimes because she wishes to fit in and be accepted, other times because she sees that dog as an idol, either way, Sascha often sees herself in situations where she can’t choose for herself and relies on others to make decisions. Her impulsivity only makes this worse, causing her to act quickly without thinking things through. Despite often feeling overwhelmed and insecure about things, her decisions are extremely emotional based, if not influenced upon her.
Socializing isn’t Sascha’s strongest skill, social situations often feel stressful rather than energizing and she takes time to feel comfortable around others or open up. Her biggest fears are being judged, rejected, misunderstood, bullied, isolated, or even others disliking her personality. These fears usually make her distance herself from any social interaction or approach them cautious and awkwardly.
Due to all her racing and anxious thoughts, she gets lost in her mind easily, zoning out, getting distracted during tasks or conversations, and struggling to organize her line of thought—which often leads to impulsivity in stressful situations. She can forget or not hear things because she was distracted, even if it looked like she was paying attention, and jump between thoughts within seconds.

BACKSTORY
EARLY LIFE
Maybelline and Sage were good friends for a long time, but after Sage had been attacked by a coyote, the two of them grew even closer, showing just how much they cared for and liked each other, and the unknown, strange feeling that had been blooming inside of them soon revealed itself. It was love. The two dogs, despite living very different lives, found support and comfort in each other, and their company felt like safety.
Even if their relationship wasn’t clear to the other dogs around them, they were happy with their own unique dynamic. They didn’t have to show others they were together, or how close they were, everything was just natural. Like they were meant to be. Naturally being drawn and brought back to each other, even if the world around them tried to push them apart.
Now, after being together for a long time, these lovebirds are ready to move to the next stage in their life, to start their own family.
Born at a quiet space beneath Sage’s farm porch, Maybelline gave birth to 6 beautiful and healthy puppies, among them Sascha curled quietly near their mother and siblings, Biene, Mustang, Mercer, Iris and Marigold.
Sascha had always been a dog of few words, the type that hid behind their parents legs, looking for a safe spot, stumbled on words when strangers approached them and sometimes felt like the odd one out because of their clumsy and quirky personality. Her unusual physical appearance only made them feel worse, even she couldn't tell what she was. Initially thought to be a male, but slowly growing into slightly more feminine appearance... But, even if her birth sex was unsure, Sascha identified as female. It just.. felt right.
Even though they loved both their parents equally, it seemed they were a lot clingier to Maybelline and will often follow her around, even outside the farm. A mamma's pup. But still, if they didn’t see Sage for too long, Sascha misses him intensively, and wishes to be with who's their comfort zone, to play with their favorite playdate and rest between both their parents and siblings.
Some days are stressful and Sascha would often feel insecure after a training lesson, believing they are incompetent and a failure, the one would only bring disappointment to their father, Sage. Because, while they aren't exactly bad at the job, sometimes their clumsiness gets in the way.

APPEARANCE
Despite her physical traits resembling both their parents, Sage and Maybelline, Sascha’s fur is blue-tinted like their grandfather, Franky, Maybell’s side of the family tree, a mixed tone between their coat colors, a grayish brown tone, not a swatch in the middle, not so saturated but not so grey either.
Their ears are long, floppy, and fluffy, and, just like Maybell, the top of their head grows a lot of fur, becoming bangs as the fur grows. Sage’s owner often trim their fur down so it doesn’t interfere in their training to be a hunting dog.
Unlike Sage or May, Sascha’s tail looks a lot like Franky’s, curled and fluffy. Their fur is so long that the fur on the back of their legs and paws can drag on the ground.
Overall, appearance-wise, Sascha looks a lot more like Maybelline than their father. They inherited Piebald, Merle, Brindle, and Ticking.
Build is a mix of more delicate /feminine/ masculine body.
